In response to COVID-19, The Yoga Impact Charity are offering free virtual Yoga for Healthcare Workers. Join us Tuesday and Friday between 6:30 - 7:30 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time / 8:30am - 9:30am GMT via Zoom. 

Classes are tailored to suit the needs of healthcare workers. Each class utilises evidence based movement and breathing techniques for regulating the nervous system and cultivating calm. 

96% of Healthcare Workers reported feeling calmer after attending just one Yoga class.

How will virtual classes take place? 

Classes will be offered via Zoom. Once you register your interest, we'll send you the Zoom link and password which you can use to access virtual classes. You can download Zoom here

When will I receive the Zoom link? 

You'll be sent the Zoom link straight away. If you can't find an email from us in your Inbox, check your Junk mail. 

If you haven't received the link within in hour and it's not in your junk mail, get in touch.


Do I need to have practiced Yoga before to join in?


Our classes are suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome!
